Many speakers in the Pandemic stopped earning for one reason alone ….
They were keynote speakers.
And there were no conferences so there was no need for a keynote speaker.
What became very apparent is that having only one line of income (putting all your eggs in one basket) is a dangerous thing to do. You need to have several income streams, diversify. I like to call it having a portfolio of offerings.
